Sony Unveils M Series Netbook

Sony has embraced the netbook segment by releasing a £300 model as part of the M-series in the VAIO range, one which had leaked out a couple of weeks ago. The device comes with a 10.1-inch LED backlit display (1024×600), 1GB RAM and a 250GB hard disk drive while powered by an Intel Atom N450 Pineview processor clocked at 1.66Ghz.

LG X300 to launch in Asia and Middle East fisrt. USA must wate

The ultra-thin LG X300 netbook from LG will be released in markets other than North America later in March, the electronics giant announced this weekend. First will be Asia, followed by the Middle East and South America. The flagship notebook has an 11.6-inch LCD screen, is 0.7 inches thick and weighs about 2.1lbs.

Acer, Lenovo to launch Atom N450-based netbooks on January 11, 2010
