Acer has yet to make a real dent in the smartphone world. It’s first couple of offerings ran on (the often painful) Windows Mobile, and failed to set the skies alight. In a move to change this image, it seems as though the company has shifted allegiances slightly, with plans on buying many a ticket for the Adnroid Train.
